Mr. Umesh Kumar

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Umesh Kumar handles all technical difficulties. A gold-medal-winning civil engineer with over 26 years of experience working with Indian Oil/EIL in project management, sales, and human resources. He also has five years of private sector experience, including time spent in the United States. He currently acts as the activity head for all sites and is critical to VRC’s growth. Give project management authority to appointed consultants and contractors for civil and structural projects. Monitoring design and supervision throughout construction are required to ensure that best practices design and quality construction are executed on time and within budget.

Mr. Umesh Kumar is in charge of developing, putting into practice, and maintaining the technological systems and methods used by a corporation, as well as identifying any possible problems. He is in charge of overseeing the teams that create materials and making important decisions pertaining to ongoing advancement in all facets of technological operations. Mr. Umesh Kumar’s tasks at VRC Constructions include the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain, drive, supervise, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes
  • Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high level of expertise and knowledge
  • Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
  • Lead a team of staff developing products, and addressing training needs when necessary
  • Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations to improve them
  • Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues

Mr. J.C. Kalita

Director (Business Development)

Engineering graduate from Jorhat Engineering College in 1972-1977 batch under Dibrugarh University, Assam. Undertaken a short term management course at IIM- Calcutta in 1997.

Joined Assam Power Generation company for India’s 2nd 45 MW Gas Turbine project in 1977 as Sub Divisional Engineer and completed it in 1881. 

Joined Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd as Plant Engineer in 1982 at 300 TPD Nowgaon Paper project and completed in 1985 on deputation from Assam Electricity Board and rendered service under Chief Engineer till 1993.

Joined 3 MMTPA, central oil PSU, Numaligarh Refinery ( a subsidiary of BPCL) as Manager (Commercial) in 1994 and rendered service in Commercial, Projects , Marketing Operation department till 2008 in various capacity.

Thereafter joined Barat Oman Refinery, a subsidiary of BPCL as Vice President (Engg & Projects) in 2008 and superannuated in 2016 as Sr VP after rendering service in various departments viz Projects & Engg, Commercial, Marketing.  

Conceptualized and implemented 0.50 Lakhs MT capacity Grains storage and dispatch Silo system with Rail siding at Barnala, Punjab for the VRC’s SPV company within the scheduled completion period in 2019 and contributed for Operation & maintenance of the silo system since 2019.

Mr. Jagdish Sukumar

Technical Advisor

The Senior Advisor (Technical) of VRC Construction is Mr. Jagdish Sukumar. He has more than 44 years of structural engineering expertise and a B Sc Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Regional Engineering College in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. His primary areas of expertise include risk analysis, scaffolding, engineering drawings, design analysis, and structural design.

For complicated or difficult projects, Mr. Jagdish Sukumar is in charge of giving advice and direction in the area of construction project inspection and delivery. Oversees the technical aspects of project execution, change management, and construction inspection. Applying cutting-edge technical methods, techniques, and analyses to provide answers, offer advice, and solve problems in the field. He has successfully completed six years of work with us on a variety of projects, including the IOCL Refinery and many more.

Mr. Jagdish Sukumar had worked with EIL, New Delhi as a technical advisor for a year he had worked on a projects such as GSPC’s Onshore Gas Terminal Project and Delayed Coker Unit Project at CPCL. He had experience of technical advisor for over 44 years, he had worked on various projects – Construction planning of GGSR Project, Detailed Construction planning of new HDPE unit at GAIL, Pata along with Project and Engineering team, Coordination of Project Manager and Client’s Representatives. Optimize team potentials etc. Mr. Sukumar has served VRC Construction with his full capacity as a Senior Advisor (Technical). Mr. Jagdish Sukumar tasks at VRC Constructions include the following responsibilities:

  • Performs independent technical reviews, makes recommendations, and provides technical guidance to VRC Constructions as requested on complex or unusual engineering projects. Provides direction to resolve technical issues as requested.
  • Provides technical expertise and advice to project leadership, and mentoring/support to field staff.
  • Independently applies knowledge and experience in partnership with internal project team members and external client counterparts.
  • Serves as an advisor on complex projects to provide technical designs, plans and specifications
  • Provides technical expertise and advice to project leadership, and mentoring/support to production staff.
  • Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation on complex or unusual engineering projects within discipline.
  • Coordinates technical aspects with client counterpart and teaming partners at local leadership level for work within and across disciplines on complex or unusual engineering projects.
  • Develops and advises on technical consistency within and across disciplines on processes and projects.
  • Ensures same standard and practices are being applied.

Mr. Sandeep Sharma

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Sandeep Sharma has joined VRC Constructions (India) Limited as the Chief Financial Officer and brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, corporate governance, international finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic business planning. A Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Certified Management Accountant (CMA, USA), Member of ICMA India, and holder of a Master’s in Business Finance (MBF – ICAI), he is also a B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University and GST-certified by ICMAI. Prior to joining VRC, he served as Group CFO in his previous assignments, where he oversaw finance and governance for multiple entities and manufacturing operations, handling project finance, treasury, international trade and cross-border financing, working capital optimization, banking relations, internal audit, ERP and SAP HANA implementation, taxation, fundraising, investor relations, M&A, corporate restructuring, and pre-IPO structuring. He was also recognized as “The Great Indian CFO Leader – 2024” by an independent external agency for his exemplary contributions in finance and leadership. At VRC Constructions, he leads financial strategy, statutory and regulatory compliance, financial reporting and audits, treasury and liquidity management, internal controls and risk management, advises the Board on capital allocation and strategic expansion, and drives IPO readiness initiatives, supporting strong governance, financial discipline, and sustainable long-term value creation.

At VRC, Mr Sharma’s key responsibilities include:

  • Driving financial planning, budgeting, and cost control mechanisms across the organisation.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate law, taxation, and statutory regulations.
  • Overseeing financial reporting, consolidation, and MIS dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Advising leadership on investment structuring, risk management, and strategic expansion plans.
  • Managing treasury functions, banking relationships, and fund utilisation efficiently.
  • Implementing robust internal audit, SOPs, and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.

Mr Sharma’s strategic vision, analytical acumen, and hands-on approach make him a cornerstone of VRC’s leadership, ensuring financial stability, sustainable growth, and operational excellence while supporting the company’s long-term objectives.

Mr Anupam Kumar Singh

Head of Accounts

At VRC Constructions, Mr. Anupam Kumar Singh serves as Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 35 years of varied expertise leading turnaround, banking restructuring & cost optimization, and resolution plans for a variety of businesses. He is an accomplished finance professional with a graduate degree in Accounts & Finance. Along with other functional areas including Budgeting, Treasury, Accounting & Audit, Investor Relations, Risk Management, etc., he has extensive experience in fund management, cost reduction, leveraged buyouts, debt restructuring, etc.

He was in charge of the businesses administrative, financial, and risk management functions. In addition, he frequently contributes to the creation of KPIs, financial system development, and operational and financial plan development.

Mr. Singh has two roles: oversee the company’s financial operations, including being in charge of the finance and accounting specialists who carry out operational duties, and act as a strategic advisor to the directors of VRC Construction.

He clearly has responsibility for achieving revenue and earnings targets as well as maintaining steady cash flow. Mr. Singh also provides department head guidance across the entire organization, helping the business maximize sales and minimize costs without compromising client or employee pleasure or the brand’s reputation. Mr. Singh serves as VRC Constructions’ devoted Chief Financial Officer.

At VRC Constructions, Mr. Anupam Kumar Singh is responsible for the following duties:

  • Control the business’s financial planning.
  • Prepare for and carry out risk management tasks.
  • Analyze and oversee the organization’s investments and liabilities.
  • Create, carry out, and oversee investment strategies
  • Manage our capital structure and fundraising strategies.
  • Identify financial KPIs
  • Monitor VRC Construction’s cash flow to make sure it is sufficient and sustainable.
  • Manage the work of the finance department’s controllers, financial advisors, consultants, and treasurers.
  • Maintain and manage connections with multiple vendors
  • Prepare recent reports
  • Construct and deliver forecasting reports

Mr. Neeraj Grover

Executive Director, (Refinery Projects)

Mr. Neeraj Grover is the Executive Director at VRC Constructions India Ltd. with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil from the University of Poona, India.

Mr. Neeraj had handled and completed various overseas projects worth multimillion dollar in Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria. He has also worked in India with Samsung construction for eight years. He has vast experience in the field of petro chemical refinery, extra high voltage transmission lines, water supply, building infrastructures including various other civil, mechanical and electrical works. Neeraj is responsible in following areas:-

  • Built and led a high-performing engineering team that delivered multiple critically acclaimed titles resulting in increased revenue and high client satisfaction.
  • Hired, retained, and developed new engineers to support the growth of the Engineering Services offerings resulting in an increase in productivity.
  • Collaborated with other department directors to develop strategies for future initiatives based on the company’s overall objectives resulting in a increase in revenue.
  • Evaluated new technologies and APIs resulting in the implementation of a new game engine which improved game performance.
  • Monitored and directed engineering leads to help ensure quality deliverables and high client satisfaction resulting in a 95% client satisfaction rate.
  • Participated in resourcing, planning, and tactical execution of initiatives resulting in on-time and within budget project delivery.

Mr. Rajiv Gupta

Executive Director, Head of Department (Procurement)

Mr. Rajiv Gupta is an executive director with more than 30 years of experience in the roles of executive director, director, and project manager of numerous projects, technical and managerial value addition, strategic plan, budgeting and cost optimization, contracts administration, P&L responsibility, and cost control, including physical and financial closure of projects in construction companies. Mr. Rajiv Gupta has been an executive director for VRC Construction for 13 years. During that time, he oversaw teams that worked on expensive civil infrastructure projects like oil refineries, ports (within-water construction), Ganga Ghats, and office buildings.

Mr. Rajiv Gupta, a degree in commerce, had been a director for K.R. Builders Pvt. Ltd. for more than 22 years. During that time, he has managed teams on high-value civil infrastructure projects, including factory buildings, housing projects with DDA and PUDA, and housing developments in Mussorie. While making sure that the projects conformed with all cost and scope requirements, he had handled the numerous projects successfully and reached milestones. Mr. Rajiv Gupta has experience in all areas of building engineering, including the design of scaffoldings and staging for institutions, pre-cast members, and the construction and maintenance of multistory buildings and other structures.

He was awarded by Samsung Engineering for completing projects with the highest number of safety hours and completing the entire project without any mishaps or injuries. Additionally, he completed a project for Gujarat State Petro Chemicals to build a sub-station in a jetty area (Mundra Port) that was 1 km within sea, as well as a Tetra Pack juice factory (Fruity India) in a record-breaking 8 months in the year 1987–1988 in an export processing zone in Noida.

Mr. Rajiv Gupta has spent his entire professional career in senior leadership, management, and executive positions within the construction industry. He has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector and completed some significant projects, including NAMAMI GANGE (NMCG), which ran from November 2016 to July 2018. From October 2014 until October 2016, it was Ganga Ghats Rehabilitation and Development in Kanpur, Bithoor, and Surrounding Area, GSPC INDIA LTD., SEZ, MUNDRA, Gujarat, and TOYO Engineering. For the regasification of gases and several other large projects, the project entails establishing administrative blocks (Sub-Station, Control Room, pipe rack, and other related buildings). Mr. Rajiv Gupta is a goal-driven professional with outstanding problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and people-management abilities as well as the capacity to manage changes with ease.

Mr. A.C. Dwivedi

Executive Director (Projects)

Mr. A.C. Dwivedi is a highly experienced project management consultant with over 30 years of expertise in handling large-scale Turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, primarily in the oil and gas sector. He has played a key role in executing complex projects for esteemed clients such as Saudi Aramco, ONGC, IOCL, and Reliance Industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from S.J. College of Engineering, Mysore University. His strong leadership, technical acumen, and ability to manage large-scale operations make him a valuable asset in the field of project management and construction.

Mr. Dwivedi is expert in contract management, arbitration, project planning, and execution. With an in-depth understanding of international arbitration, he has successfully represented cases at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, securing significant awards for his employers.

Mr. Dwivedi has held leadership positions at prominent organizations like SICIM Ireland, Fernas Construction, and Naftogaz India. He has been instrumental in the successful execution of high-value projects, including the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) and the South Jetty Pipeline Project for IOCL.

At VRC Constructions, Mr. A.C. Dwivedi is responsible for the following duties at VRC Constructions:

  • Oversee and provide strategic guidance for large-scale EPC projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on contract management and arbitration matters.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for seamless project execution.
  • Implement best practices in construction management, quality control, and HSE standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Mentor and lead teams to enhance technical capabilities and project performance.

Dr. Devender Sharma

Executive Director-Human Resources

Dr Devender Sharma is a seasoned Human Resources and Industrial Relations professional with over three decades of diversified experience across Indian and multinational organisations.

He is Doctorate in Human Resource Management and vast experience in strategic HR planning, integrated talent management, industrial relations, organisational development, and change management.

Dr Sharma has handled leadership roles in leading Corporates  i.e., Ashok Leyland , Samsung Electronics, LML LIMITED , DSC LIMITED ,GALFAR ENGG & Bgcc Limited .

With extensive exposure to unionised environments, labour law frameworks, and people–process integration, he has successfully led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, competency mapping, performance management architecture, recruitment systems, employee engagement programs, and statutory compliance frameworks

Dr Sharma combines strong strategic vision with hands-on execution ability, enabling organisations to align human capital strategy with business objectives while nurturing high-performance cultures. His strength lies in strengthening HR systems, handling complex industrial relations matters, driving change initiatives, and mentoring leadership teams.

Mr. Mohan Lal Sharma

President (Projects)

Mr. Mohan Lal Sharma is an accomplished Lead Engineer to Project Head with over 27 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He currently serves as a part of the team at VRC Constructions India Ltd.

Mr. Sharma’s career began in 1989 with M/s B L Gupta, where he worked as a Trainee Engineer on the construction of Multistory Flats in Rohini, New Delhi. He then went on to work with M/s Ramji Dass Darshan Kumar Pvt. Ltd. as a Site Engineer on the Township of Nahva Seva Port Trust project from 1989 to 1991. During this project, he was responsible for supervising all construction activities, including the layout and execution of RCC Drains and Road Work.

Mr. Sharma’s contributions to VRC Constructions India Ltd. have been significant. As Project In-Charge, he played a key role in executing the Site Grading Work at Bathinda project from 2000 to 2001, which involved the construction of roads, culverts, pipe way bridges, and site grading. He also served as Project In-Charge for the Expansion Project of Panipat Refinery from 2003 to 2005, where he led the construction of plant and non-plant buildings, civil and structural works, and raw water reservoirs.

One of Mr. Sharma’s most notable projects was his role as Project Coordinator for the Plant & Non-Plant Works, including Raw Water Reservoir, at OPAL’s Petrochemical Project at Dahej, Gujarat from 2012 to 2014. This project involved civil and structural works of production units, raw water reservoirs, fire water, and raw water pump houses. Mr. Sharma’s responsibilities included coordinating the project and ensuring seamless execution.

With his wealth of experience and expertise, Mohan Lal Sharma has made a significant contribution to the field of Civil Engineering. His technical skills, project planning, and coordination have been invaluable to the success of several projects. His work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work on time have earned him the trust and respect of his colleagues and clients alike.

Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh

President (Projects)

Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh is a highly experienced industry professional with over 35 years of expertise across highways, refineries, petrochemicals, power projects, quality management, training, and process excellence.

He has worked extensively in large-scale infrastructure and industrial environments, contributing to project planning, execution, quality assurance, and operational leadership. His deep technical knowledge combined with strong people management skills makes him a valuable driver of organizational growth and stability.

Throughout his career, he has played a key role in improving business processes, strengthening compliance frameworks, and building high-performing teams that consistently deliver results within strict timelines and quality standards.

At VRC Constructions, Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh supports strategic and operational functions by guiding teams, improving systems, and ensuring best practices are followed across projects.

Mr. Devendra Prasad Bhatt

Executive Director (Projects)

Mr. Devendra Prasad Bhatt, our highly experienced Project Manager at VRC Constructions India Ltd. With 29 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Bhatt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Mr. Bhatt began his academic career by completing a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic Gauchar (Chamoli) in the state of Uttarakhand in January 1992. He then started his professional journey in Dharwad, Karnataka in the same year.

Mr. Bhatt has been working with VRC Constructions India Ltd. since 1994 and has been a valuable member of our team ever since. He has proven his ability to work on major projects under pressure with responsibility. He is highly motivated, well organized, and result-oriented.

In his current role, Mr. Bhatt serves as the Project Manager for the BS-VI Project of IOCL in Panipat (Hayana), where he is responsible for piling, civil, structural, and underground piping works for new process units at Panipat Refinery. The project is being carried out for M/s IOCL and M/s Engineers India Limited as PMC, with M/s VRC Construction (I) Pvt Ltd as the contractor. Mr. Bhatt has been working on this project since 01/04/2017 to till date.

Prior to this project, Mr. Bhatt worked on several other major projects, including the construction of a residential high-rise building in Gurgaon (HR) for M/s Krrish Florance Estate. He also worked on the Styrene Butadiene Rubber Project in Panipat for M/s ISRL/UIPL, where he was responsible for civil works. This project was carried out by M/s Toyo Engineering India Limited as the main contractor, with M/s VRC Construction (I) Pvt Ltd as the sub-contractor. The project was worth 110 Crore and included the construction of structural and equipment foundations, buildings, PEB, roads, culverts, technological structures, reservoir, FWP, pavements, trenches, and other complete civil works of rubber plant in all respect.

Mr. Bhatt also worked on the HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited Guru Gobind Singh Refinery project in Bhatinda for M/s HMEL/EIL, where he was responsible for construction of row water reservoir, civil and structural works for railway gantries, underground piping and pavement in CDU/VDU area, balance civil and structural works, and supply, fabrication, and erection of structural steelwork.

Mr. Bhatt’s vast experience and ability to work under pressure make him a valuable asset to our team. He has proven himself to be a reliable and dedicated team member who can deliver quality work within deadlines. We are proud to have him as a part of our team.

Mr. Udham Singh Kamboj

Executive Director (Projects)

Mr. Udham Singh Kamboj is a General Manager with over 27 years of experience in civil engineering. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Board of Technical Education Chandigarh, Haryana, earned in 1992, and a B-Tech in Civil Engineering from Karnataka State Open University, earned in 2013.

He joined VRC Constructions India Ltd. in 1994 and has since then worked on multiple projects, including 21 years in refineries and 6 years in power plants. Kamboj has a proven track record of leadership and has successfully managed teams through projects from development to delivery, including planning, monitoring, controlling phases of project lifecycle, overall inter-discipline co-ordination, administration, and resource planning. He is a proficient communicator and liaison, and he is skilled in handling technical and commercial activities, managing construction contracts, and resolving technical disputes.

Mr. Kamboj has a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards and has been successful in supervising all construction activities, including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management activities. Additionally, he ensures proper documentation and updating of all quality-related records and is responsible for ISO 9001: 2008 documentation and implementation at the site while ensuring adherence to various quality standards.

Mr. Kamboj has been involved in the construction work for many major projects, including HMEL Refinery Bathinda (Punjab), LLDPE/HDPE Swing Unit (Civil/Structural/UG piping system), 2×660 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Project Suratgarh (Rajasthan), 2×700 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Project Rajpura (Punjab), B.O.R.L Refinery Project Bina M.P., CDU/VDU/DCU/HGU for Bharat Oman refineries Limited (Bina Refinery, M.P.), and 3×500 MW Super Thermal Power Project Rihand (U.P.). His roles for these projects include handling construction contracts’ technical input for procurement of equipment, materials & consumables, managing sub-contract finalization, and ensuring compliance to commercial terms & conditions.

Currently, Kamboj is working as a Resident Construction Manager at HMEL Bathinda Refinery, Punjab, since May 2017. He is responsible for managing the team for civil and mechanical execution activities, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and vendors on safety/quality/execution matters, and ensuring the construction of civil/structural/UG piping works for LLDPE/HDPE Swing Unit and PPU 3rd reactor. Prior to this, he worked as a Resident Construction Manager at 2×660 MW Super Critical Thermal Power Project Suratgarh, Rajasthan, from September 2014 to April 2017, and at 2×700 MW Super Critical Thermal Power Project Rajpura, Vill. – Nalash Rajpura, Punjab, from January 2011 to August 2014.

He also worked as a Resident Construction Manager at GGSRL Bathinda Refinery Project from July 2010 to December 2010, where he administered the construction of Polishing Pond and Solar Pond, installed planned guidelines for constructions activities/machinery management for timely completion of the project, and coordinated with the Engineering Team & PMC (EIL) for timely release of RFC/AFC Drg.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra

Executive Director (Administration)

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra is the General Manager of VRC Constructions India Ltd. He obtained his B.A (Hons.) in English Literature from Bhagalpur University and completed his MBA through a Distance Education Programme IGNOU, Kota.

Mr. Mishra is an expert in coordinating and liaising with various government authorities for projects related to National Highways, Oil Refineries, Power Plants, Industrial, Infrastructural, Residential / Real Estates, Hotels, Multiplexes, Storage Silos, etc. He has experience in the construction industry, from land acquisition, obtaining pre/post project approvals/Nocs, and supporting Project Management, to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects. He is also responsible for marketing strategies to sell, purchase or lease activities of the spaces inside malls, commercial/residential complexes, and liaison with different brands, cinema chains, and customers.

With over 28 years of experience, he has completed numerous construction projects amounting to Rs. 3500 crores (Approx) inside GGSR refinery project of HMEL, IOCL Refinery at Panipat, Constructions of NH at Bikaner (Raj), Barnala (Punjab) in the duration of years 2010 to 2022. Apart from the above, he has successfully completed/performed the assigned jobs of all the aforesaid nature for numerous in-house projects of Residential flats, Multiplexes/ Shopping Malls, Steel Silo, Commercial Colonies etc., between the years of 2016 till date.

During the peak work period, his workforce involved 3500 workers, 600 Staff people, and around 40 crores T&P. Before joining VRC Constructions, he worked as a Management trainee in M/s RDDK Pvt. Ltd. in Oct 1992, later on worked as Chief Manager (Liaison & PR) up to August 2002.

In his past experience, he has worked with M/s Kshitiz Laboratories India at Kota(Rajasthan) from 2002 to 2009, where he liaised with relevant authorities to obtain necessary licenses and approvals, controlled the entire process from production, quality control, packaging, transportation & distribution/marketing of the product, and ensured the instant release of payments from different customers.

From Jan’13-Feb’15, he worked with The Trinity World Group (Formerly Known as Shri Balaji Developers), Thane, Mumbai, as Project Manager for G+7 to G+30 Residential Building. From Dec’97 – Dec 2001, he worked with VRC Constructions (I) Pvt. Limited, where he handled various civil & structural jobs at Gujrat Hydrocracker project, Baroda, constructions of oil storage, Tanks at Baroda, construction of oil storage depot for Nepal Oil Corporation at Kathmandu, Nepal, and more.

In addition to his expertise in the construction industry, he also performs additional responsibility of HRD, Recruitment of staffs, and arrangement of manpower according to the nature of projects, entire monitoring of statutory requirements & compliance of Labour & PF authorities, to take up necessary measures for maintaining a healthy work environment at the workplace. He also arranges events & seminars, organizes induction training & motivation programs for new joiners as well as existing employees., staff get-togethers, arranging meetings & providing excellent hospitality to clients / customers at all levels.

Mr. Naveen Bhatnagar

Mr Naveen Bhatnagar oversees the financial, commercial, corporate governance, and legal compliance functions at VRC. With a robust academic foundation in commerce, management, and law, he brings decades of experience in financial planning, statutory compliance, strategic decision-making, and legal advisory across infrastructure-driven organisations.

A graduate and post-graduate in Commerce, Mr Bhatnagar is also a qualified Company Secretary, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. This multidisciplinary expertise allows him to seamlessly integrate financial discipline with legal prudence, ensuring both operational growth and regulatory compliance across VRC’s expanding portfolio.

He plays a pivotal role in structuring financial systems, managing statutory and legal frameworks, and guiding leadership on fiscal prudence and corporate governance while supporting long-term organisational objectives.

Mr. Indresh

Assistant Company Secretary

Mr Inderesh is a qualified Company Secretary with comprehensive experience in corporate laws, secretarial practice, governance frameworks, and legal compliance. He is currently associated with VRC Constructions (India) Limited as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, where he oversees secretarial functions, statutory filings, board processes, and regulatory governance across the organisation.

With professional exposure spanning listed and unlisted companies, law firms, and corporate secretarial practice, he has developed strong expertise in company incorporations, board advisory support, corporate restructuring, regulatory filings, listing compliances, and legal documentation. His hands-on experience in interacting with regulatory authorities, including the Registrar of Companies and NCLT, strengthens VRC’s corporate governance framework.

A postgraduate in Commerce and a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), he has also completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2024, further enhancing his legal competence. His multidisciplinary academic background allows him to integrate legal understanding with corporate secretarial discipline, ensuring robust compliance and strong organisational governance.

At VRC, he plays a crucial role in conducting board and shareholder meetings, preparing statutory records, supporting strategic corporate decisions, and ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and listing requirements, while providing critical secretarial and legal support to management.
