Mr. Gupta’s track record includes the completion of large engineering projects of national importance and successful developments.
Mr. Gupta has been an integral figure in driving strategic business efforts and capitalizing upon corporate growth opportunities. He has worked with almost all leading & reputed National & Multination Companies/Authorities in the Country. He has been largely instrumental in taking VRC into its present position with his business acumen & leadership qualities. Mr. Gupta has extensive experience in conceptual estimating, scheduling, production analysis, project management, and construction-related claims. The types of work that Mr. Kumar has been involved with have included the construction of Highways, Refineries, Hotels, Real Estate, Commercial Construction, and more.

Mr. Narinder Kumar Bansal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has worked in the construction industry for over 46 years. As Senior Director, Mr. N.K. Bansal has been primarily responsible, alongside the Managing Director, for the Company’s multifold growth in business volume and clientele. He is primarily responsible for all financial databases and supervises the CFO.
With overall responsibility for the strategic planning, acquisitions, investments, corporate development, and leadership of all corporate finance and financial reporting for VRC Constructions Group, Mr. Bansal is a seasoned CFO with significant expertise in the financial leadership of multi-million dollar listed businesses. By restructuring business-critical functions to match operational goals with overarching corporate goals, he provides financial clarity. Expertise in utilizing smart financial techniques to promote dynamic growth in organizations.
Rich and varied experience in developing strong teams, risk assessment, formulating accounting and reporting processes, creating dashboards, and building performance monitoring systems for organizations and operating teams, as well as maximizing organizational effectiveness, continuous process improvement, and utilizing best practices to support operating margins and boost profitability.
Mr. Bansal, as the project’s chief financial officer, has provided the best management of the initiatives. Drives corporate growth and expansion, working capital management, capital allocation, and performance; develops creative ways to meet the organization’s financial needs during difficult times; and manages surplus funds efficiently.

The second generation of the promoter family, Mr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, is a licensed civil engineer with more than 29 years of experience in project management, team building, and operating a construction business. He is a board member of a Scientific Company in the United States and has a number of completed projects to his name. The company’s first road project was completed under his direction. Mr. Gupta professional, hardworking and resilient civil engineer who takes great pride in not only the quality of work produced but also the consistently high standards I aim to achieve for my employer.
Civil engineering is one of the oldest engineering specialties since it deals with the built environment, which covers everything from real estate development to power plants, fertilizer plants, and other infrastructure development, as well as civil construction and structural fabrication. Mr. Gupta has contributed to VRC Group as a hardworking and disciplined civil engineer.

He has a reputation for finishing tasks on time and is a strict taskmaster with a voracious hunger for new tools. He is adamant in his viewpoint and wants to increase the company’s potential.
Any construction, design, and construction project depends on civil engineers. His duties often involve monitoring the project’s planning and implementation as well as worker and public safety. He is an expert who manages building projects. He is in charge of the overall construction, functionality, and safety of the project. They are responsible for bringing architectural plans to life through their education and understanding of civil engineering principles. The company’s second-generation promoter, Mr. Ajay Kumar Bansal, is a commerce graduate with strong financial skills. He has a solid understanding of project execution and more than 20 years of management expertise. He represents his industry as a well-groomed businessman. He excels as a financial analyst.
Mr. Bansal’s primary task is to analyze past and current financial data for the firm and forecast future income and expenses. To make judgments, he must anticipate the return on investment for various stocks and commercial efforts, create financial reports, and acquire market data. Mr. Bansal collects data to understand the trends influencing a specific type of product, geographic area, or industry to aid their clients in making key investment decisions for VRC Group.

Mr. Gupta is a third-generation member of the promoter family and the son of Rajiv Kumar Gupta. He was proposed for election to the Board of Directors on 30 September 2022. A graduate of City, University of London with an MSc in Management, he now leads macro-level management and strategic initiatives for the VRC Group and plays a central role in project delivery for VRC Constructions.
With a strong focus on growth and operational excellence, he oversees planning and logistics to ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. He defines objectives and delegates responsibilities across senior colleagues and site teams, regularly reviews programme progress, and reports construction and financial status to clients, third parties, senior management and the Board. He also advises on policy and procedure improvements, monitors contractual performance, manages disputes when they arise, and actively participates in both office management and on-site supervision to guarantee high-quality outcomes.

Mr. Bansal is a third-generation member of the promoter family, the grandson of Narinder Kumar Bansal and son of Chander Shekhar Bansal. He was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors on 30 September 2022. Educated in the United Kingdom, he holds a B.Sc. in International Management from King’s College London and an M.Sc. in Accounting & Management from Queen Mary University of London.
At VRC Group, Mr. Bansal oversees macro management and strategic initiatives, while supporting the enhancement of the Group’s corporate governance framework. He is active across several non-executive bodies and brings a global perspective, strong analytical capabilities, and a genuine commitment to community engagement—qualities that inform the Company’s CSR priorities and stakeholder outreach.
In his role supervising construction activities for VRC Constructions, he coordinates project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. He works closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and safety officers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Mr. Bansal also leads product portfolio management across the Group: defining product vision, driving lifecycle management, gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, and partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and satisfaction targets. His multidisciplinary expertise and dedication to operational excellence make him a valuable asset in advancing the Company’s strategic growth and delivering high-quality outcomes.
