Accountant
Job Description
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
- Make entries on ERP systems
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
- Knowledge of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) & GST Returns
- GST return, Voucher Entry
- Checking & booking of bills, tour claims
- Reconciliation of Bank & party ledgers.
- TDS Calculation
- Review the calculation & payment of payments
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Invoicing.
- Knowledge of online payments & funds transfer.
Job Specification
- Person should be a Commerce graduate.
- Working knowledge of tally & ERP.
- Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
- Should have good drafting skills and communication skills
- Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
