Quantity Surveyor (Highways)

Preparation of Bill of Quantities of entire projects.
Analysis of drawings and estimate quantities of Highway components like earthwork, structures, etc.
Preparation of Bar bending schedules as per codes and drawings.
Preparation of DPR, MPR & Strip Chart.
Presentation to Clients on progress of the project.
Site visits to check and verify the bills.
Reconciliation of manpower, machinery and materials.
Have sound knowledge of schedules of HAM/ EPC Projects of Highways.
Rate Analysis.
Change in scope, Price escalation
Preparation of variation and claims.
Able to prepare revenue vs expenditure details of entire project.

Person should be a Diploma/ Engineering Graduate in Civil.
Should have done the quantity estimation of Highway Projects of HAM / EPC Modes. Projects.
Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
Diligent and maintain correctness in his works.
