Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at VRC Group

At VRC Constructions India Ltd (VRC Group), we believe that the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) is not merely a statutory requirement — it is a reflection of our culture and values. We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace where every individual feels secure, valued, and empowered.

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013, VRC Group has established a robust framework to prevent, prohibit, and redress any instance of sexual harassment at the workplace.

Our Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of sexual harassment, including:

  • Unwelcome physical contact or advances
  • Requests or demands for sexual favours
  • Sexually colored remarks, jokes, messages, or emails
  • Displaying or sharing offensive or inappropriate material
  • Any other unwelcome verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature

Our aim is to move beyond compliance and embed dignity, equality, and respect into our everyday workplace interactions.

Reporting & Confidentiality

Any woman employee, whether permanent, temporary, trainee, intern, consultant, or visitor; may file a written complaint within three months of the incident.

All complaints are handled with the utmost confidentiality. The identity of the complainant, respondent, witnesses, and all related details are kept strictly confidential, as mandated by law. We ensure a fair, unbiased, and transparent process in every case.
